BERG Buddy go-karts in Monaghan
Of the pedal karts we keep, the Buddy has the smallest frame. BERG's age guide for it is 3 to 8 years. Two are in stock, the B.Orange and the Lua, with prices starting at €299.
Both sit in our warehouse in Co. Monaghan, so either one is delivered within 48 hours, free, by Clontibret Transport of Cashel, Castleblayney.

Orange, or pink and green
Colour is the only thing separating these two. The B.Orange is orange; the Lua is pink and green. Underneath they are one kart, so let the rider decide.
Getting it to you
Karts ship free, even the B.Orange, which is priced below our usual €300 free-delivery threshold. Clontibret Transport delivers to the kerbside in Monaghan and Cavan. We do not assemble karts; BERG's manual covers assembly. The delivery page explains how delivery works.
When to look at the Rally instead
The Rally is the next frame up, with an age guide of 4 to 12 years and prices from €459. A three-year-old needs the Buddy: nothing else we stock starts that young. A tall child of six or seven is already well into the Buddy's band and would get more years from a Rally.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is my child the right age for a BERG Buddy?+
BERG gives the Buddy an age guide of 3 to 8 years. Children vary a lot in height, so for a child near the bottom or the top of that band, give us a ring and we will say whether the Buddy or the larger Rally is the better fit.
Is the Buddy Lua a different kart from the B.Orange?+
No. The Lua comes in pink and green and the B.Orange in orange. Apart from the colour scheme they are the same kart.
The Buddy B.Orange is under €300. Do I pay for delivery?+
No. Go-karts ship free at any price, so the B.Orange at €299 is delivered free in Monaghan and Cavan by Clontibret Transport.
Where should a young child ride a Buddy?+
On private ground with an adult about: a yard, a garden or a private lane. Pedal karts are not for public roads.
Can I add anything to a Buddy?+
The shop lists a passenger seat, Buddy lights and a push handle. Ask us which fit the Buddy before you order them.
Buddy or Rally?
Tell us your child's age and height and we will say which frame fits now and which leaves room to grow.
