An order can be returned within 14 days. The cost of sending it back is the customer's.
Who delivers
In Counties Monaghan and Cavan our delivery partner is Clontibret Transport, based at Cashel, Castleblayney. It is a member of The Pallet Network. Trampolines, PlayBase frames and go-karts all travel the same way.
How it arrives: a pallet at the kerbside
Your order comes boxed on a pallet. The service is kerbside, which means the pallet is set down at the roadside or the entrance to the property. It is not carried round to the back garden.
Getting the boxes from there to where the trampoline will stand is your job, and the pallet is yours to keep.
What to do on the day
- Have a second adult about. Trampoline boxes are long and heavy, and they are easier carried by two.
- Clear the way from the kerb to the garden before the pallet comes: gates, side passages, parked cars.
- Look over every box as soon as it arrives.
- If the garden is not ready, store the boxes somewhere dry until it is.
Damage: tell us within 24 hours
If a box or anything in it is damaged, report it to us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Ring 047 67255 or email, and include a photo where you can. Genuine BERG spare parts are kept in stock.
How long it takes
If we have the model in stock, it is delivered within 48 hours. If we do not, delivery is typically 7 to 10 days. Either way, we confirm the date when you order.

What delivery costs
Delivery is free on any order over €300. Every trampoline and every PlayBase frame on this site is above that figure. On an order under €300 the delivery charge is €11.99.
Go-karts
The five BERG pedal go-karts we sell are held in our own warehouse and delivered within 48 hours. They ship free, and that includes the Buddy B.Orange at €299, which is below the usual threshold. See the go-kart range.
Collection from the Monaghan warehouse
You can collect an order from our warehouse in Co. Monaghan instead of having it delivered. Collection, like any visit to the warehouse, is by appointment only: ring 047 67255 and we will agree a time and give you directions. Bring a vehicle that will take long boxes.

Louth is served by a different member of The Pallet Network: Breffni Couriers of Drogheda. The service is the same kerbside pallet delivery, with the same charges and timescales.

Delivery is not installation
We supply and deliver. We do not assemble or install. BERG's manual covers the assembly of above-ground trampolines, go-karts and PlayBase frames.
An InGround or FlatGround trampoline needs groundwork first, and on Monaghan's heavy clay that is a job for someone who can look at your ground. Returns
An order can be returned within 14 days. The customer pays for the return delivery. Ring or email us before you send anything back.
