    The short version

    • This is an information site. It has no customer accounts, no basket and no checkout.
    • None of the pages sends a form to us. The garden consultation form opens a message in your own email program, and nothing leaves your device until you press send there.
    • This site sets no advertising cookies.
    • We only learn who you are if you email or ring us.

    Who runs this site

Monaghan Trampolines (monaghantrampolines.com) is run by Trampolines Ireland, which is responsible for any personal data you give us through it. For anything to do with privacy, write to trampolines@esi-ltd.ie or ring 047 67255.

Postal address, for correspondence only: Trampolines Ireland, 77 Lower Camden Street, St Kevin's, Dublin 2, D02 XE80.

What this site does not collect

You can read every page without telling us anything about yourself. You cannot register, log in or pay here, so the site holds no account details, passwords, delivery addresses or card details.

    The garden consultation form

The form on the garden consultation page does not post your answers to a server. When you press the button, your browser asks your own email program to start a new message to us with your answers written into it. You can read it, change it, add photos, or close it without sending. We receive it only if you send it, and then it is an ordinary email.

When you email or ring us

An email gives us your email address and whatever you put in the message: usually your name, a phone number, your county or Eircode, and details and photos of your garden. A phone call gives us what you tell us, and your number if we need to ring you back.

We use that information to answer you: to recommend a product, give you a price, arrange a warehouse appointment or deal with a question about an order. We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, and on taking steps you have asked for before you buy.

We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for their own marketing. If you ask for an installer's details, we give them to you so that you can make contact yourself. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your question and any order that follows from it. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

    Orders and payments

Buying happens on TrampolinesIreland.com, our main shop. The buttons on our product cards open the product there. Your order, delivery address and payment are handled on that site under its own privacy policy, which you should read before you buy. Links from this site to the shop carry a short tag saying that the visit came from monaghantrampolines.com and from which part of the page. The tag says nothing about who you are.

    Server logs

Like nearly every website, this one is kept on a hosting provider's servers. The provider may keep standard server logs, such as the IP address that asked for a page, the time, the page and the type of browser. Logs of that kind are used to keep a site running and secure.

    Fonts, images and outside links

    • The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. To fetch them, your browser contacts Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request.
    • Product photos are loaded from the image servers used by our shop, TrampolinesIreland.com. Your browser contacts those servers in the same way.
    • We link to other websites, among them our Google reviews, our sister site for Northern Ireland and the public places named on our town pages. Once you follow a link, the other site's privacy policy applies.

    Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. If we add analytics we will update this page.

    Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, object to our using it, and ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Email trampolines@esi-ltd.ie and we will deal with the request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission, the supervisory authority in Ireland, at dataprotection.ie. We would be glad of the chance to put things right first.

    Changes to this page

When the way this site works changes, this page will change with it, and the date at the top will show when.
