Oval trampolines in Monaghan
An oval gives you length without needing the same width, which is why it suits so many long back gardens. BERG sells its ovals under the name Grand and measures them by length: 350cm, 470cm and 520cm. There is a Grand in each of the Favorit, Champion and Elite ranges, and it comes on legs or as an InGround with a low rim above the grass. Expect to pay between €929 and €1,949, delivered free in County Monaghan.

If you want to choose your length, Champion is the range to look at, with all three. The Grand Favorit and the Grand Elite each come in one length, 520cm. The table sets out what else separates the ranges, and the comparison page says more.

Is oval right for your garden?
Pick an oval when the lawn runs longer than it is wide. For a given width you get more jumping length than a circle offers, and the ends are rounded, not squared off.
Bear in mind that ovals begin at 350cm long, larger than the smallest round and rectangular models. They belong in a medium or large garden. Give us the length and width of the level area in a garden consultation and we will tell you which length fits.
How oval compares with round and rectangular
Round trampolines go down to 200cm across and take the same space in each direction. Unlike the oval, a round trampoline can be bought as a FlatGround.
Rectangular trampolines, which BERG calls Ultim, sit square to a fence, hedge or patio. They cover all three install types, and the AeroWall and the Pro Bouncer exist in that shape only.
Delivery in Monaghan and Cavan
An oval trampoline arrives on a pallet with Clontibret Transport of Cashel, Castleblayney, a member of The Pallet Network. Delivery is to the kerbside, so plan for moving the boxes round to the garden yourself. It is free, as it is on any order over €300. We deliver stocked models within 48 hours and others typically in 7 to 10 days. Details are on the delivery page.
An oval InGround needs an installer
The oval InGround is set into the lawn. That work is not ours: we do not install trampolines. It goes to an independent installer, landscaper or builder, who should look at how your ground drains before anything is ordered, because Monaghan clay is slow to shed water and BERG requires adequate drainage. Ask us and we will put you in touch with an independent installer. Read who installs a trampoline in Monaghan.
Frequently Asked Questions
What do oval BERG trampolines cost?+
An oval InGround is €929 to €1,949. An oval on legs is €1,079 to €1,949. Orders are placed on TrampolinesIreland.com and delivered free.
Why are BERG oval trampolines called Grand?+
It is simply BERG's label for the shape. A Grand Favorit is an oval Favorit and a Grand Elite an oval Elite. In the same way, Ultim means rectangular.
Can I get an oval trampoline level with the lawn?+
Not completely level. BERG does not make an oval FlatGround. The oval InGround is sunk into the lawn with a low rim above the grass, which is the nearest thing. FlatGround models are round or rectangular.
Is a net included with an oval trampoline?+
With every oval on legs, yes. An oval InGround is sold both ways, and the word SPORTS in the name tells you it is the version without a net.
How much level ground does an oval trampoline need?+
Enough for the trampoline itself, on level ground, with 2 metres clear of fences, trees and other obstacles and 7 metres clear overhead. Those are BERG's figures. The smallest oval is 350cm long, so on a sloping Monaghan site it is worth measuring the flat part of the garden carefully. We check this with you in the free garden consultation.
Will you install an oval InGround trampoline?+
No. We sell and deliver. An independent installer, landscaper or builder does the groundwork after seeing your garden, and quotes you directly. We can put you in touch with an independent installer.
Not sure which trampoline suits your garden?
Send us a couple of photos and rough measurements. We will recommend a size and shape and give you a delivered price. It is free and there is no obligation.
