BERG Favorit vs Champion vs Elite
BERG builds its round, oval and rectangular garden trampolines in three ranges: Favorit, Champion and Elite. The size and shape decide whether a trampoline fits your Monaghan garden. The range decides the springs, the mat, the padding and the warranty, and with them the price. This page puts the three side by side using BERG's own specification and current prices.
We sell all three, as Trampolines Ireland, an official BERG Premium Dealer rated 5.0 on Google. If you would like a recommendation for your own garden, the consultation is free.

The same size in each range
A "from" price can mislead, because the cheapest model in each range is a different size. These rows hold the size and type steady, so the only thing changing is the range.

Who each range suits
Favorit: the lowest price and the smallest sizes
Favorit is where the BERG range begins, at €339. It has SoloSpring springs, the AirFlow mat and a frame warranty of 5 years, 8 when registered.
Choose it when the budget is the first consideration, or when the level part of the garden is small: the 200cm and 270cm round sizes are mostly Favorit sizes. It is made on legs or as an InGround. There is no Favorit FlatGround.
Champion: the widest choice
Champion steps up to TwinSpring springs, the AirFlow Pro mat and a protective edge 30mm thick, 38cm wide. The frame warranty is 10 years, 13 when registered. Prices start at €699.
Choose it when you want a particular shape or type. Champion is made in all three install types and has more oval and rectangular sizes than Favorit or Elite. It is also the least expensive way to a FlatGround.
Elite: Champion with a heavier frame
Elite has the same springs, mat and protective edge as Champion. The differences are heavier frame tubing and a 5 year padding warranty in place of 2. The frame warranty is 10 years, 13 when registered. Prices start at €1,109.
Choose it when those two things are worth the extra to you. The choice of sizes is narrower: round in 330, 380 and 430cm, one oval length (520cm) and one rectangular size (500 x 300cm).
And the Pro Bouncer?
The Pro Bouncer sits above all three. It has TwinSpring Pro springs, a protective edge 60mm thick, 49cm wide and is rated for users up to 120kg. It is a big trampoline, 16 x 10ft or 16 x 16ft, made as a FlatGround or on legs, from €2,829.
If teenagers or adults will be the main users and you have the room, compare it with the largest Elite before deciding.
Range first, or garden first?
Garden first. Work out the type and the size your ground allows, then pick the range. In County Monaghan that usually means measuring the level part of a sloping site and, for anything set into the lawn, having an installer look at how the ground drains. Our guide to Monaghan gardens covers slopes, wind and wet ground.
By type: above ground, InGround and FlatGround. By shape: round, oval and rectangular.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between BERG Favorit, Champion and Elite?+
Favorit has SoloSpring springs, the AirFlow mat, a protective edge 20mm thick, 38cm wide and a frame warranty of 5 years, 8 when registered. Champion has TwinSpring springs, the AirFlow Pro mat, an edge 30mm thick, 38cm wide and a frame warranty of 10 years, 13 when registered. Elite matches Champion's springs, mat and edge, and adds heavier frame tubing and a 5 year padding warranty.
Is the Elite worth the extra over the Champion?+
That is a judgement for you. What you get for the difference is heavier frame tubing and padding covered for 5 years, not 2. The springs and jumping mat do not change. As a guide, the 11ft round on legs costs €1,119 as a Champion and €1,449 as an Elite.
Which BERG range is cheapest?+
Favorit, from €339. Champion starts at €699 and Elite at €1,109. The lowest price in each range is for the smallest model, so compare like with like using the table on this page.
Which of the three can be a FlatGround?+
Champion and Elite. Favorit is not made as a FlatGround. All three are made as an InGround, which is set into the lawn with a low raised edge, and all three are made on legs.
Can I see the trampolines before I buy?+
